Notification History Pc. To enable notification history, swipe down from the top of the screen, tap the gear icon to open settings, select notifications, and toggle on the switch in. Open settings from the start menu, then choose system > notifications.

As far as i know, microsoft does not support a feature like this currently i am afraid. The notifications toggle switch lets you enable or disable all alerts across windows.
